Papadogiourgi Former Camp Park, Kaminia

The Papadogiourgi Former Camp in Kaminia is being transformed into a multi-purpose space that will function as both a recreational park and a playground.

The 25-acre area is currently being landscaped with tree planting, lawn installation, and enhanced greenery. The existing buildings from the former camp will be repurposed to house the Municipal Radio (Channel 1), the 4th District Office, a nursery, a senior center (KAPI), and the Municipal Police. Additionally, event and reception halls will be created, and the camp’s chapel, dedicated to the memory of the Holy Apostles, will be preserved and utilized.
